Ruturn Policy

A return is an item a customer purchased directly from MuchBuy and sends back to our MuchBuy fulfillment center. You have XX calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We evaluate the condition of each returned item. Returns without all original componentsand packages will be rejected.


If there are no apparent defects or damage, the item is considered "sellable", the return is available. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s unsatisfied returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.


If the item is damaged or defective, we will then work to evaluate who was responsible for the damage. Then we decide if you are eligible for a reimbursement.We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

1. We sent you the wrong item; or

2. The item was physically defective when you received it.

In this situation, please notify us within three business days from the date the problem occurs.


Defective Product and Returns Due to Shipping


Please report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can't accept responsibility for the damages.


Once you notify us that your product was damaged, MuchBuy will file a claim with the shipper. Claims typically take 8-10 business days to process. Please do not discard the damaged product or the packaging. Typically the shipper will be dispatched to pick the item up for inspection and processing. We'll need your help in making it available for pickup on the scheduled date and time.


In most cases, we are able to order a newsameitem at no cost to you as soon as the damaged one has been picked up. However, the outcome of the claim may result in a charge for the replacement item. Replacements are subject to availability.
