Choosing a shipping method’s wide range of products come with two kinds of shipping choices depending on the location of the nation. Please refer to the information below to learn about the cost-saving and convenient options we have available for you.

For Nations Except the US

In order to avoid causing confusions to customers, simply divides the shipping carriers out of the US into two kinds according to the shipping time.
  1. 1. You may choose International Standard Shipping method at shipping rates of $3.59. Your package will arrive at your place around 7-20 business days.
  2. 2. If it is a rush order, and the time is limited, you may choose international priority shipping method with     shipping fee of $15.99, and your package will arrive at around 5-10 business days.

For the United States

The US purchasers will take priority for less shipping time.
  1. 1. Free shipping is permitted if time allows, your package will arrive at your place around 3-6 business days.
  2. 2. Customers who choose priority shipping method will pay the shipping fee for $5.99 if you want your     package to arrive within 2-4 business days.
  3. 3. If it’s a rush order then the US purchaser may choose express shipping method with shipping fee for $20.99,     and it will take only 1-2 business days to receive the package.
Note: For any order involves in extra shipping fees, the shipping chargers are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the Shopping Cart and choose a shipping method to view the total amount.

Delivery Time makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock items placed before 8:00 AM ET (Eastern Time) are generally shipped the same day. Please note that orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Delivery Requirements

A signature is required for most UPS shipments upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS. If you require additional help to receive your package, please contact us.

Damaged / Missing Items in Delivery

Damaged items: If you've found damage to the package, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with carrier. Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
Missing items: All missing items claim must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.
