Return & Refund Policy
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased.
For non-quality issue items
We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues. Items with no quality issues are eligible for a refund of 80% of the item's price within 7 days of receiving your order. The remaining 30% will be kept as a restocking fee. The price of any items or accessories lost during the return process will also be deducted from the refund.
For items with quality issues
Items with quality issues are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery to the customer, once Customer Service has confirmed the product was not damaged on purpose. When requesting the refund, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and contact MuchBuy.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.

For an incorrect item we shipped you
You have the option of- 1. Exchanging it for the correct item.
- 2. Returning it for a full refund.
For an item in the wrong color we shipped you
You are eligible for a full refund after Customer Service confirms you received the wrong color. Perceived color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.
For a damaged item we shipped you
You are eligible for a full refund or exchange. When requesting your refund, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify MuchBuy.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.
How to return products
Returned products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials and accessories.
Securely package the product you wish to return within an outer box, do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.
Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. Ship to:

Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
Please allow up to 8 business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
No returns or exchanges for:
- 1. Product is returned incomplete or defaced.
- 2. All consumable items (e.g., tapes, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped.
- 3. Returned items with a different serial number from what was originally sent.
